Already in December, over 200 people have registered for August 15, 2026. Last year, we had 1500 registered and the half marathon was fully booked in June, so tickets for the half marathons will likely run out earlier in 2026 and there is a high risk that the 10 km and marathon will also be fully booked in the spring.

Book next year's race now and it will be cheaper. The price will increase in three stages: January 1, May 1 and August 1. You can cancel your booking until quite late.

How many of the lakes have you run around? You can choose a 5,5 km lake, or the neighboring lake at 10,5 km. Or you can run a half marathon around four lakes. But the most fun is of course to run around all six lakes. It is a slightly different race, environmentally friendly and with half of the participants from abroad. And instead of showers, we offer a free swim in the lake!

Choose a race , from the short run on the forest trails along Lake Ramsen to the long, but varied roads and trails around all six lakes. The times are adjusted so that you, your friends and family can choose different distances and still run at the same time.

6 lakes running

The race is environmentally friendly, which means we avoid disposable cups. You bring your own bottle or cup – or you will receive a free reusable cup from us. Compared to last year, it is largely the same course, with the same lakes and the same distances. They were very popular. As in previous years, we offer a free direct bus from Uppsala, which runs on fossil-free fuel of course.

Email info@6sjoar.se with your questions, but be patient if it takes a few days for the answer. We work with the race on a voluntary basis.
